Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have accommodation?

Yes, we can sleep up to eight guests in The Coach House (one double and two single) and two Shepherds Huts (one double in each). The Coach House is an ideal place for your bridal party to relax the night before and prepare the following morning.   It makes a perfect Bridal Suite on the wedding night. Two nights' accommodation for up to eight guests is included in the hire fee. Unsuitable for children. See our accommodation photos.

Is there parking for all our guests?

Yes, our car park has space for up to 70 cars and is situated at the top of the drive.  We supply a Tuk Tuk and driver to carry guests from the car park to the venue.

What time do we have access to set-up?

Access is from 12.00 noon on Friday.

Do you have a recommended suppliers list?

We are very happy to recommend suppliers who we know and trust.  We are happy for you to choose your own caterers, florists, entertainment, photographers and anyone else you need.  We do ask that before you confirm any suppliers you make them aware of our policies and they visit our venue if necessary.  They will also need to provide confirmation of insurance and other health and safety documentation.

Do you provide a catering service?

We can supply Afternoon Tea on our vintage china, an evening cheese table or light evening buffet.  For a more substantial wedding breakfast meal, we advise hiring an outside caterer.  We can recommend local catering companies who we have worked with.  We have a preparation kitchen available for caterers to use and can supply all crockery and cutlery.

Can we have a BBQ or pizza oven?

Street food style trucks, pizza ovens, BBQ, buffet, formal banquet; the world of food is so exciting right now and we are happy to discuss all your culinary ideas.  We can accommodate most styles of cooking.

Do you charge corkage?

We have a well-stocked bar available with wine, local draught beer and cider, a variety of spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.  We are happy to supply all your drinks throughout the day to make your life easier or if you prefer, you are welcome to supply your own wine for post-ceremony drinks, during your main meal and for toasts.  We will supply the glassware.  All other drinks must be purchased from our bar.  We do not charge corkage.

Do you allow fireworks?

For the welfare of our animals, we regret that we are unable to permit fireworks at Hope Farm.

What happens if it rains?

Whilst we hope that your wedding day will be bright and sunny, we cannot make any guarantees that the weather will be perfect.  We can ensure you and your guests' comfort.  We have plenty of indoor space available so if necessary your whole wedding can take place inside without the need to move furniture.

Can we arrange a visit?

We would love you to visit and highly recommend viewing Hope Farm before you book.  You can visit as many times as you need to help you visualise your plans. Please get in touch to arrange an appointment.
